Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here’s a quick overview of my cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • A $50 retainer is required to hold your session date and time. Please note that this retainer is non-refundable. You are welcome to pay the full amount upfront if you’d prefer.

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 7 days in advance, and I can move your session—no extra charge. You’re welcome to reschedule once without needing a new retainer.

  • If something comes up less than 7 days before your session, no worries—we’ll just need to treat it as a new booking with a new retainer.

If you decide to cancel altogether, the retainer will be forfeited, as it holds your spot and helps cover planning and prep.

Payment

To make the payment process as simple as possible, I offer multiple convenient options:

  • Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check.

  • Full payment is due on the day of your session.

An invoice will be issued on the day of your session via my bookkeeping system for your records.
